Privacy
We collect as little as possible.
This page explains what information KoBe Digital AS receives through this website, and how it is used.
Controller
KoBe Digital AS, Norway, is the controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at post@kobedigital.no.
What we process
The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email client, and we receive only what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, company and message. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, time and requested pages in order to deliver and protect the service. The site has no user accounts, payments, analytics or tracking.
Purpose and legal basis
We process information to answer enquiries and to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up, normally no longer than 12 months after the matter is closed, unless we need them longer to handle a legal claim. Technical logs are kept for as short a time as Cloudflare's service allows.
Processors
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. Our email provider handles messages sent to post@kobedigital.no. Game data and images are fetched from Roblox by our own server, so your browser does not connect to Roblox to display them. We do not sell information and do not use it for marketing.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare is a global provider and may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), but we would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter with you first.
